How does the rent online system work?
- Find the product(s) you wish to rent and add them to your basket
- Check your cart and complete the checkout process choosing the ‘pay in store’ option.
- We will then contact you to confirm your order prior to collection / delivery.
Do you offer a delivery & collection service?
Yes, we offer delivery on all rental and hire products. Delivery prices vary based on your order. Complete your order via our website and select ‘Delivery’ at checkout and we will contact you with a delivery cost when we confirm your order.
When do I need to return my item?
Our day rate is based on a 24 hour period, beginning from the time you collect your item(s). If you collect your item at 10am on a Monday, we expect that the item is returned by 10am on a Tuesday to avoid charges for an extra day. The same applies to 2 day and weekly rentals.
